Passages International Inc., was founded in 1999, they are a family owned and operated business and have over 75 years of combined service to the funeral industry. The business has been serving the funeral needs of communities in Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado for almost 50 years.

Passages International's goal is to provide funeral  professionals and families with affordable and environmentally-friendly alternatives to traditional funeral merchandise. They market alternatives to the cardboard and plastic box containing a loved one's cremated remains, that was typically given to grieving families that did not select an urn. Since 1999, Passages has expanded its product line to include caskets, pet loss products and memorialization products all of which are produced using sustainable processes and materials.

In October 2008 an agency agreement was approved to enable Passages International Inc. to undertake the manufacturing, marketing and sales of the complete range of Sentimental Connections keepsakes by Sentimental Connections (UK) Ltd
